Shaiboy (Dr. Yaya Edamivoh) is a Nigerian-American Afrobeat and Afro-fusion artist from Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He blends his background as a PharmD and entrepreneur with a passion for music, making him also known as "The PharmArtist." Bridging Africa and the diaspora, he creates songs that mix Yoruba, Pidgin, and English, drawing from classic and modern Afrobeat influences. In February 2025, he introduced his sound with his debut single "Capital GOD," gaining early buzz across Nigerian and U.S. audiences.
